This privacy policy explains how the Bills & Subscriptions Tracker app ("the app") built by Wise Digital Inc. handles your data. The app is local-first: bill and subscription information you enter stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.
Wise Digital does not operate a server that receives your bills, subscriptions, billing history, categories, notes, attachments, currency/locale preferences, reminder schedules, or onboarding/tutorial flags. There is no app account or cloud sync for this data. We cannot view this local financial content.
Specifically, the following are stored on your device only:
The app stores your data in an on-device SQLite database (via Expo SQLite + Drizzle ORM). Your data is never sent to any server we control. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.
The app asks for notification permission so it can send local bill reminders that you scheduled. These notifications are produced by your device — they are not pushed from a Wise Digital server. The app may also use local file, camera, or photo access only when you choose to attach, import, export, or share bill-related records. Wise Digital does not receive those files or images.
The free version of the app shows ads through Google AdMob (banner and interstitial). On iOS, the app presents Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt before requesting personalized ads. If you grant the ATT permission, the app allows Google AdMob to use your device's Advertising Identifier (IDFA) to request personalized ads. If you deny ATT (or on Android without ad-personalization consent), the app requests non-personalized ads and does not use the IDFA for cross-app tracking. In the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland, the app also presents Google's UMP (User Messaging Platform) consent form so you can grant or refuse consent under GDPR; your UMP choice is honored alongside ATT.
You can change or withdraw your ATT choice at any time on iOS in Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking, and you can re-open the UMP consent form from within the app. Google may process data such as the IDFA (only when you have granted ATT), other device identifiers, IP-derived approximate location, ad interactions, diagnostic information, and advertising data for ad delivery, fraud prevention, frequency capping, reporting, and compliance. AdMob ad-impression revenue measurements are also shared with RevenueCat so we can see ad revenue alongside subscription analytics; this data is not used for cross-app tracking. Premium subscribers do not see ads. Wise Digital does not use this data to build its own user profiles. The app's AdMob content rating is set to non-explicit (general audiences). You can read Google AdMob's privacy policy for more details.
The app offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock Premium features and remove ads. Subscriptions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status and unlock the Premium entitlement. RevenueCat may process purchase history, product identifiers, app user identifiers, subscription events, platform information, and diagnostics. We never see your credit card, billing address, or other payment credentials. See RevenueCat's privacy policy for details. Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the app provides a "Restore Purchases" action in Settings.
The app does not include a separate Wise Digital analytics SDK, session recording SDK, or behavioral analytics system. AdMob and RevenueCat may process limited advertising, purchase, diagnostic, and device data — including the AdMob ad-impression revenue measurements shared with RevenueCat — as described above.
Because all bill, subscription, history, and reminder data lives only on your device, you can clear it at any time using in-app controls or by deleting the app. For questions about purchases or RevenueCat data, contact us so we can help route the request to the appropriate processor.
The app is not directed to children under 13, and Wise Digital does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided personal information through a third-party store, ad, or purchase service, contact us so we can help route the request.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
June 26, 2026: Updated the Advertising section to describe the new App Tracking Transparency prompt on iOS, IDFA-based personalized ads on consent (non-personalized otherwise), Google UMP consent in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, and AdMob ad-revenue measurement sharing with RevenueCat.
